Hasco has increased its cooling range with the extended cooling system Ø5, which it says allows precision cooling of slide bars and small molds, making them ideal for complex applications with limited build volume. The portfolio is also supplemented by chemical working substances with NSF H1 certification, the highest safety standards in food and medical technology.

The new slide retainer is positioned as a reliable solution for avoiding damage and malfunctions with slide inserts, while the new InsertKey Z088 enables unambiguous coding of inserts for a better overview and process reliability in moldmaking.

In hot runners, Hasco will show new developments in the application of additive manufacturing. In addition to 3D-printed hot runners and filters with the “highest possible throughput and lowest shear,” Hasco says the focus in hot runners is also on simple diagnostic methods for recognizing wiring problems quickly and efficiently. Visitors can also experience fast and intuitive ordering of spare parts via paperless mold documentation, which can be called up directly at the mold.
