Creative Blow Mold Tooling is pleased to announce the acquisition of Big 3 Precision Mold’s Injection Stretch Blow Mold (ISBM) Tooling business, located in Centralia, Illinois. Effective May 1, 2025, Creative has purchased all assets, current inventory, intellectual property, sampling capabilities and has retained the skilled workforce associated with the operation.
This strategic acquisition enhances Creative’s product offering within the Injection Stretch Blow Molding sector and strengthens its ability to deliver comprehensive tooling and sampling solutions to its growing customer base. The addition of ISBM capabilities aligns with Creative’s commitment to innovation, quality and customer satisfaction.
“We are excited about the opportunity this brings to both our customers and employees,” says Todd Riley, CEO of Creative Blow Mold Tooling. “This move supports our long-term vision of expanding our expertise and presence in the blow molding industry.”
Big 3 Precision Mold will now focus on its other world-class operations: Hallink, its Stretch Blow Molding (SBM) division based in Canada, and its Injection Blow Molding (IBM) facility in Millville, New Jersey.
“We’re proud of what our Centralia ISBM team has accomplished and are confident that Creative Blow Mold Tooling is the right partner to take this business forward,” says Duncan Hardy, Sales Manager at Big 3 Precision. “This transition allows us to concentrate our resources on growing our other core blow molding operations.”
Big 3 Precision’s parent company, The Eastern Company, remains committed to investing in both of these core businesses to support continued growth and innovation.
