Tailor-Made Solution for Combining Continuous Production Lines With Injection Molding
Rav·In has been developed specifically for functionalization in linear processes such as extrusion, pultrusion or roll-to-roll applications.
Mobile injection molding manufacturer Anybrid GmbH (Dresden, Germany) presents its Rav·In system, tailor-made solution for combining continuous production lines with injection molding.
Rav·In is developed specifically for functionalization in linear processes such as extrusion, pultrusion or roll-to-roll applications, such as cable overmolding. The system combines variability and productivity and enables highly automated high-mix, high-volume scenarios. Through the targeted use of lightweight materials, both high-precision and fast movements along the production axis are achieved with a single system.
“We are breaking down traditional ways of thinking in plastics processing, where injection molding and extrusion were previously strictly separated,” explains Michael Stegelmann, managing director and co-founder of Anybrid GmbH. “Rav·In is also an integral part of automation and can be easily scaled up for production thanks to its design with multiple C-frames.”
Since 2020, Anybrid has been synonymous with innovative solutions for mobile injection molding across a range of industries (read “Robotized system makes overmolding mobile, flexible”). Its mission is to enable customers worldwide to realize complex products faster, more efficiently and with maximum design freedom.
